English Premier League giants, Man City are reportedly set to confirm the signature of elite defender Kalidou Koulibaly this summer window after it is claimed that they have already agreed on personal terms.

Kalidou Koulibaly is rated as one of the best defenders in the world, having been consistent with impressive performances with the Italian Serie A outfit. Man United have been heavily linked with the Senegal international but they have not been able to secure his signature as a result of his price tag.

However, Man City are ready to bring the elite defender to the Etihad to return back to challenging for the English Premier League title as they lost significant points in certain games last season which made them lost the title to Liverpool.

The Light Blue team have already secured the signature of Nathan Ake from Bournemouth with a fee of £41 million but that will not be enough for manager Pep Guardiola who seeks a replacement for Aymeric Laporte, limited by injury last season.

However, GiveMeSport quoted FranceFootball by reporting Man City has already agreed on personal terms with the Napoli defender who has been tipped to leave Naples this summer window but only for the right fee.
