English Premier League club Arsenal are set to get a big blow in their hope to land Dani Ceballos from Real Madrid on another loan deal this summer window.

The Spanish star had a season loan at the Emirates Stadium in the just-concluded season and impressed in his last few games to win the heart of manager Mikel Arteta which makes talks of his return established.

The Spanish manager had recently granted an interview where he stated that he has held talks with Dani Ceballos and the player wants to return to North London for another loan deal.

While talks are still ongoing with the Spanish La Liga giants over a possible return, Mundo Deportivo reports that Dani Ceballos has had a change of mind ad has told the club hierarchy of his decision to join his childhood club, Real Betis.

It is understood that Real Betis are also very interested in having Dani Ceballos at the club with talks of a permanent deal being attempted. They might have succeeded in convincing the player.

Should be Mundo Deportivo report be true, this will be a big set back to the North London club as they will now begin a fresh search for a midfielder with manager Mikel Arteta very keen on one.
