Man United have been handed a major advantage in their pursuit of Real Madrid left full-back Sergio Reguilon with Chelsea’s capture of Ben Chilwell from Leicester City.
The Red Devils were in the battle for the signature of Sergio Reguilon alongside Chelsea and that made it more difficult for them but now that the Blues have successfully captured Ben Chilwell they now have a free run.
Reports in Spain claim that the Red Devils are interested in Sergio Reguilon who spent last season on loan with Sevilla and impressed. He was a part of the team that won the Europa League under manager Julen Lopetegui.

It is also understood that Sergio Reguilon is not in the plans of manager Zinedine Zidane for the coming season as he is favoured behind Ferland Mendy and Marcelo.
This leaves him with no other options than to leave Bernabeu this term, leaving Man United with a big chance of striking a deal for the 23-year-old.
Man United will have to pay the sum of £17 million valuation of the player before they can land his signature, they are also expected to make move earlier to avoid interest from other suitors.
It is also feared that Sevilla will seek to have Sergio Reguilon on a permanent deal.
