Tottenham’s chances of landing Wales international midfielder Aaron Ramsey from Italian Serie A outfit Juventus has been blocked because of Arsenal, acceding to Daily Mail.

Aaron Ramsey left the North London outfit on a Bosman to join the Italian Serie A club but he failed to make an impact at the club and has been told by the new manager, Andrea Pirlo that he can leave.

Reports by The Sun and The Mirror claim that Juventus had offered Aaron Ramsey to Tottenham with the North London club considering the possibility of the deal.

However, it is claimed that Aaron Ramsey will not give his nod to a move to Tottenham because of his history in North London with Arsenal. This is highly connected with the rivalry and bad relations between the two clubs.

However, the decision would be left for the Wales international to make but there is no doubt that he will not be lacking in options of a new direction with the English Premier League not ruled out.

Aaron Ramsey, who now earns £400,000 weekly in Turin scored the winning goals in two of Arsenal’s last three FA Cup titles victors he played in during his 11 years spell at the club.
