EPL: How Man City plans to hurt Arsenal in transfer decision

If emerging reports are to be believed, then English Premier League side Man City are set to hurt Arsenal by helping Italian Serie A outfit, Napoli to seal the deal for Gabriel Magalhaes this summer window.
Both Arsenal and Napoli are believed to be in the front row to secure the signature of the Brazilian international defender and it is claimed that they have both met the demand of the French Ligue 1 club, Lille which leaves the decision in the hands of the player.
It is also understood that Napoli already have a gentleman agreement with Gabriel Magalhaes and are only waiting to have Kalidou Koulibaly sold before they can finalize his deal.

Arsenal are hoping to beat Napoli in their process of waiting for a buyer for their defender with the hope that they will be delayed in having it done.
However, Man City are reportedly ready to make it very easy for the Italian club by completing the signature Kalidou Koulibaly to be able to offer the 22-year-old Lille defender a more lucrative deal.
Meanwhile, reports have emerged that Gabriel Magalhaes has chosen to play for the Gunners and will sign a five-year deal within the next few days.
