English Premier League outfit, Arsenal are still keen on landing Barcelona star Philippe Coutinho this summer transfer window and they seem to have a plan already on how to make it happen.
The former Liverpool player is currently on a loan spell with Bayern Munich and was part of the crushing of his real owners when he drove in two goals and delivered two assists.
While his loan deal with the German Bundesliga giants is set to expire after the Champions League, he is not expected back at the Camp Nou as Barcelona are not ready to have him back at the club.

Commentators claim that this proposal by the North London club will help convince Barcelona to release him for a loan deal.
Meanwhile, Philippe Coutinho’s agent, Kia Joorabchain has insisted that the Premier League is a possible destination for the Brazilian as he claimed that his client is willing to return and that would be considered after the Champions League with the Bundesliga outfit.
