EPL: How John Hartson spoils Arsenal transfer plans

Arsenal have been handed a major blow with John Hartson suggesting that their transfer target and Celtic striker Odsonne Edouard should not be sold this summer window for a fee less than £40 million.
The Gunners are reported to be interested in the signature of the Celtic striker but have not valued him as high as £40 million but with the latest development, they could be forced to push their offer to meet the suggested fee by the former player.
He stated that Odsonne Edouard is highly needed by the club and the manager but for the need to cash in, they will be forced to sell him. John Hartson, therefore, urged Celtic to make good use of the opportunity to earn.

He stressed that Odsonne Edouard should not be allowed to go for a cheap price, stressing that the benefits must be high if a player with such quality leaves the club.
The North London outfit will hope to have Odsonne Edouard at the Emirates Stadium if French striker Alexandre Lacazette leaves the club this summer transfer window.
Despite his influence in the team, Alexandre Lacazette emerged as a surprise name on the list of those expected to leave the North London club this summer transfer window.
