Man United legend Rio Ferdinand has sparked speculations that Arsenal forward, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has already decided to leave the Emirates Stadium this summer transfer window.

The Gabon international was the hero of the day when the Gunners defeated their London rivals, Chelsea by 2-1 in the FA Cup final on Saturday. The former Borussia Dortmund player scored a brace to hand Arsenal their 14th FA Cup title in the club history.

During the post-match interview, the press was quick to ask the forward about his future before the trophy was officially handed over to the team and he was quick to talk down speculations about his future.

He stated that “I’m going to enjoy this with my teammates… and lift the trophy” and the Red Devils legend was quick to state that the Arsenal man has already decided to leave, noting that he spoke like someone who is leaving.

This analysis by Rio Ferdinand might not be all true as that wasn’t the right time for any player to talk about his future, especially when he has not even lifted the trophy to celebrate the hard work and a perfect end to a season.

There is no doubt that the Gunners management is to decide on a new contract term for Aubameyang as the player earlier mentioned that they have the final decision but there is no doubt about his being happy at Arsenal.
