North London outfit Arsenal have been told by the club legend to submit a £20 million bid for out-of-favour Man City defender John Stones to be able to pull a deal.
The 26-year-old seems to have no future with Man City under manager Pep Guardiola and has been tipped to leave the club in this summer transfer window.
A number of Premier League clubs are reportedly monitoring the situation with John Stones and are ready to make an offer for him as soon as it is confirmed he would be leaving the club.

Arsenal is one of the team also linked with John Stones with manager Mikel Arteta hoping to have a reunion with the defender as they both worked together when he was an assistant manager at Man City.
Arsenal legend, Ray Parlour has, therefore, told the Gunners to immediately move in to secure the signature of the Man City defender, stressing that his former club desperately has a need for a player with such quality.
He noted told talkSports that John Stones only had a bad time in the previous season and has the potential and quality to impress of he is helped to bounce back with a bit of coaching.
