Dean Henderson

West London club, Chelsea will have to wait for the next two weeks to know their fate on the availability of Man United goalkeeper Dean Henderson, reports claim.

The Blues are reported to be in search of a new goalkeeper with reports that Frank Lampard has had enough of the mistakes by Kepa Arrizabalaga with fans also calling for his sale in the summer transfer window.

Chelsea are have identified Atletico Madrid goalkeeper Jan Oblak as their major target but he seems not to be available as the Spanish La Liga outfit are not willing to part ways with him anytime soon.

The West London club will, therefore, be turning their attention to Dean Henderson who is having a good loan spell with Sheffield United. The best and quality of the goalkeeper was known after the restart of the Premier League and that has drawn attention from Chelsea.

However, to ensure his future is guaranteed with a first-team role, Dean Henderson seeks to sit with his real owners, Man United to have their words of a role over out-of-form David De Gea.

Should Man United fail to assure him, he will not be signing a new deal with the club and will force his move to the Stamford Bridge.

Frank Lampard

Chelsea boss Frank Lampard is still hoping that Brazilian international Willian will remain at the club for more seasons by signing a new deal this summer window.

The contract of the 31-year-old is set to come to an end as he has been unable to negotiate new terms with the club. His wish of a three-year-deal might not be granted and that makes him close to the exit door.

Frank Lampard expressed his love for the player, insisting that he wants him to remain at the club but whatever decision is made at the end of the day will be good for both parties.

He admitted knowing nothing about the negotiation between Willian and the club but is sure the right decision would be made in the interest of the two parties.

However, Chelsea have already secured the signature of two forwards, Timo Werner and Hakim Ziyech from RB Leipzig and Ajax respectively which means there would be a level of cover for him when he leaves.

North London outfit, Arsenal are already on standby to snap up the signature of the Brazilian international with manager Mikel Arteta very keen to add his experience to his squad ahead of the coming season.

Should Chelsea listen to the words of former Tottenham and Man United striker Dimitar Berbatov, they will be moving to the Spanish La Liga club, Atletico Madrid for the signature of Jan Oblak this summer transfer window.

The West London outfit are no longer comfortable with the performance of Kepa Arrizabalaga with Frank Lampard considering another option for next season’s challenge.

The Blues have already secured the signatures of Timo Werner and Hakim Ziyech and are now focused on landing Bayern Leverkusen star Kai Havertz as their next target.

Dimitar Berbatov has therefore stated that the Blues team should ensure the Atletico Madrid shot-stopper is made the next target to have a complete team for next season’s campaign.

According to him, the Frank Lampard team will surely struggle without a better goalkeeping option, stressing that they will have a great one in Jan Oblak.

Meanwhile, Man United have since indicated an interest in the signature of the Atletico Madrid player as they are also unsatisfied with the performance of Spanish goalkeeper, David De Gea.

However, the La Liga club values the Jan Oblak very high and are not interested in losing him despite making his £130 million price tag known to the suitors.

Willian

North London club, Arsenal have been told that securing the service of West London club, Chelsea player Willian is bad business for the club as it will affect the progress of their young stars.

The Gunners are keen on the signature of the Brazilian international as he is yet to agree on a new deal with the Blues team despite the efforts by manager Frank Lampard to convince the club of a new deal for the player.

The Gunners are hoping that Willian will leave the Stamford Bridge as a free player in this summer transfer window so as to tie him up at the North London with a deal.

However, Former Tottenham striker Darren Bent said the Gunners should not invest in Willian because he will block the chances of younger players who are already progressing well at the Emirates Stadium.

He noted that Arsenal have the likes of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Gabriel Martinelli, Nicolas Pepe, Alexandre Lacazette, Eddie Nketiah, and Bukayo Saka at their forward which is enough to compete.

According to him, Willian will not get enough playing time in the team which makes his coming wasted while his presence will limit the playing time of some of the players which will affect their progress.

Philippe Coutinho

The agent of Brazilian international Kia Joorabchain has spoken on the reported interest in his client by English Premier League outfit Arsenal ahead of the summer transfer window.

Arsenal are hoping on a swap deal with Matteo Guendouzi to bring back the Brazilian to the English Premier League with his owners, Barcelona seeming to be opened for a deal.

Reports claim the North London outfit will have to pay a certain fee, in addition to Matteo Guendouzi to be able to land the player who is currently on loan with German Bundesliga outfit Bayern Munich.

However, Coutinho’s agent has Arsenal a major boost after claiming that his client is opened to a move to the English Premier League while confirming that genuine interest has been shown for the player.

He, therefore, noted that his player might not make any decision until August 23 when the UEFA Champions League will be rounding up, stressing that the player has to concentrate.

Coutinho is involved with Bayern Munich for the Champions League and that means until they are knocked out, no decision would be made.

The Brazilian international is also being linked with a move to Chelsea, Tottenham, Leicester City, and Newcastle, who are all contenders with the North London outfit.

Ben Chilwell

Man United were earlier reported to be leading in the race for Leicester City left full-back, Ben Chilwell but that seems to have been lost with Chelsea papering on the scene.

The Blues and the Red Devils are keen to bolster their defence and the Leicester City defender is an option for both clubs ahead of the summer transfer window.

From every indication, the West London outfit is winning the race for Ben Chilwell with The Mirror reporting that he is set to hand a transfer request to the Foxes for a move to the Stamford Bridge.

Leicester City failed to make it to the Champions League after they were defeated by Man United. Ben Chilwell will be hoping to take advantage of that as he wants that level of European experience in the coming season.

Frank Lampard will now have the service of the left full-back if an agreement is reached with the club on his release clause before the summer transfer window is closed as his contract with the Foxes runs until 2024.

However, the West London outfit will not have the service of Ben Chilwell any cheap as the England international left full-back has been valued for £80 million.

Willian

Before now, it was reported that Arsenal’s chances of snapping up the signature of Brazilian international Willian from Chelsea are very high and a deal was expected as soon as the summer transfer window is opened.

Willian’s contract with the West London outfit is set to expire at the end of the season and a new contract has not been handed to him. Both parties have disagreed in terms of a new contract.

The Brazilian international is requesting for a 3-year-deal which is against the Blues policy for players who are over 30, the reason why talks of a move away from the Stamford Bridge was hyped with Arsenal planning to take advantage of the situation to get the player.

That may no longer happen again with Sky Sports reporting that Chelsea are already winning on the negotiation table as they are already reaching an agreement with the Brazilian star.

Frank Lampard is a big fan of Willian and is ready to work with him in the coming season, the reason why he reportedly influenced the decision of the club to keep the star player beyond the coming season, a development that will hand a big blow to Arsenal’s transfer plans for the Chelsea player.

Dean Henderson

Chelsea had earlier made inquiries about the availability of Dean Henderson, ahead of the summer transfer window but the player’s owners, Man United blocked the chances of his move to the Stamford Bridge.

The West London outfit seem to be running out of patience with goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga and has been in the news for a new hunt, with Man United stopper, Dean Henderson highly considered.

Dean Henderson has been on loan with Sheffield United. His performance has impressed a number of clubs and pundits, especially after the restart of the Premier League. No wonder he is attracting interest from Chelsea.

However, it is now reported that Dean Henderson is considering favouring a move to Chelsea but that is highly dependent on his talks with his real owners within the weeks.

It is reported that Dean Henderson seeks assurance and guarantee from manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer that he would be given the first-choice role ahead of David De Gea or will not sign a new deal with the club.

From every sporting calculation, it means, he would be readily available for the Blues as it is very unlikely that he would be given that trust ahead of the Spanish goalkeeper despite his blunders in recent games.

Declan Rice

West Ham United star Declan Rice has been a subject of speculation to West London outfit Chelsea and a bid is expected to be submitted for his signature when the summer transfer window is finally opened.

But it is feared that the defender could prefer other options after the activity of his on social media. He liked an Instagram post which says “big transfer window” is on the horizon for the Old Trafford club this summer. That has sparked speculations that he might be interested.

Both Chelsea and Man United have been mentioned as suitors for the midfielder, despite claims that the Blues team are favourites as they are both in search of a heavy reinforcement for next season’s challenge.

However, West Ham United are unwilling to part ways with 21-year-old with David Moyes claiming that he expected Declan Rice to go on holiday and return to the club for the preseason program without any transfer.

Noting that the club is willing to keep him for another season, the former Man United manager is also open to the chances of losing him this summer transfer window but stressed that it will only happen in a big-money deal by big clubs.
