If the latest report in the press is anything to go by, then Liverpool target Ferran Torres will be signing a deal with their English Premier League rivals Man City in this summer transfer window.
Goal reports that the Spanish La Liga outfit, Valencia youngster, Ferran Torres has agreed on personal terms with Man City and a four-year deal is expected to be sealed in the coming days after the two clubs agree on a fee for him.
It is reported that Liverpool held talks with Ferran Torres’ representatives in April and a £92 million release clause for the Spain U21 international was being discussed.

Arsenal had also indicated an interest in signing Ferran Torres with a summer move considered but that will no longer happen with the latest development that has been reported.
At age 20, Ferran Torres has six goals to his name and eight assists for his club in the 2019/2020 season. He is one of the hottest prospects in the Spanish La Liga, the reason why he is attracting this kind of interest from Europe.
No doubt, the current English Premier League champions have suffered a heavy blow to their rivals and that could hurt them in the coming season because there is no doubt about Ferran Torres in Pep Guardiola’s first team next season.
