According to reports from the press, Diogo Dalot who joined the Old Trafford in 2018 from FC Porto has not been able to impress manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. His name is reported to be on the list of the expected exit from the club this summer window.
The Red Devils boss prefers Tim Fosu-Mensah and Aaron Wan-Bissaka at the right full-back position ahead of Diogo Dalot and that was the selection for him in the just-concluded season.

Despite being a flop at Man United, Diogo Dalot is highly rated by the Spanish La Liga giants, with ESPN reporting that they will be seeking the signature of the 21-year-old.
Let it be noted that Barcelona also had a shaky performance the season, the reason why they lost the title to Real Madrid. They are now desperate to reinforce ahead of the coming season.
It is, therefore, very unlikely that the Red Devils will stop Diogo Dalot from joining the Catalans when they present an offer on the table because his service is no longer needed at the Old Trafford.
