English Premier League club Arsenal are keen to land Atletico Madrid midfielder Thomas Partey and are reported to have submitted their first swap offer to the Spanish La Liga club ahead of the summer transfer window.
It is now obvious that Matteo Guendouzi does not have a future with the North London outfit anymore, the reason why he was involved in the deal to snap up Thomas Partey.
Matteo Guendouzi has fallen out of favour at the Emirates Stadium and has been sent away from the team to train alone by manager Mikel Arteta. It is very likely that he has already played his last game at the club.

However, a report by AFC Bell claims that the Gunners have reached out to the Madrid club and have made a verbal offer, involving Matteo Guendouzi and a small fee.
From all calculations, Arsenal will still pay about £20 million, including Matteo Guendouzi to get the Star midfielder because he is being valued at £50 million and the Arsenal player at £30 million.
More development would be expected in the coming weeks on a deal for the two players as Mikel Arteta is keen to land Thomas Partey to help his team in the coming season.
