Man United are hoping to part ways with Chile international Alexis Sanchez and are still in the dark on what the future holds for him and the club.

The Red Devils brought in Alexis Sanchez from Arsenal, but he failed to live up to expectation and was sent out on a year’s loan to Inter Milan.

His loan deal with Inter Milan is set to run out at the end of the season, and the next step is unknown. Man United seeks to offload him on a permanent basis but Inter Milan are only willing to keep him temporarily for another loan deal.

However, the latest reports claim Man City have made an inquiry on the availability of Alexis Sanchez and are considering the option of having him this summer window.

It is claimed that Man City are in contact with Sanchez’s representatives with the hope that a deal will be concluded before the end of the summer transfer window.

Meanwhile, it is claimed that the Man United flop hopes to remain in Italy for more seasons and would be glad to sign a permanent deal with Inter Milan but a way out to Man City will also be considered by the player.
