It has been hinted that English Premier League outfit Chelsea will seek to have Argentina international Gonzalo Higuain on a permanent basis at the club but only on one condition.
Gonzalo Higuain joined the West London outfit in the last January winter transfer window on a six month loan until the end of the season from Italian Serie A champions Juventus.
Since joining the club, Gonzalo Higuain has been able to see the back of the net twice and that has made the club consider handing him a new deal but there are indications that he would have to sit again for new talks.
It is claimed that the West London side will demand that the Argentina international be released on a permanent basis for a cut-price in the summer window.
The Mirror reports that the Old Lady are interested in offloading Gonzalo Higuain but it is not clear if they will be willing to take a cut-price in the deal. Although they are yet to be approached.
It is understood that Gonzalo Higuain earns £270,000 in Turin but they are not willing to go that direction again which is the only reason why they might meet the conditions from the Blues to be able to be free from his financial demands.
