Emerging reports claim that a deal has been agreed between Italian Serie A outfit AC Milan striker Gonzalo Higuain English Premier League side Chelsea over a move this winter transfer window.
According to reports in Spain a deal is expected to be completed in the next few hours while an announcement is also to be made to that effect.
This, therefore, means that Gonzalo Higuain will be Chelsea’s second signing of the winter this January transfer window after German Bundesliga outfit Borussia Dortmund star Christian Pulisic.
Gonzalo Higuain will finally be a Chelsea player following weeks of speculations linking him to the Stamford Bridge with reports claiming that the Blues boss was desperate to land him as he has given up on Spanish striker Alvaro Morata.
Alvaro Morata has failed to impress this season with just little goals to his name and that seems to be getting manager Maurizio Sarri frustrated knowing that they stand a risk of losing out of the top four spots to North London side Arsenal.
However, Sarri will unite with the Argentina international until the end of the season as it has not been revealed the number of years Gonzalo Higuain is expected to be a Chelsea player.
