However, a former Reds midfielder Steve Nicol, who spoke to ESPN, expressed fears that the German boss might regret his decision to buy the Bayern Munich midfielder.
According to him, Thiago is a great player with big quality who has the ability to pass the ball and that is well needed but it will go a long way in changing the way Liverpool play.
He noted that Liverpool have a style and changing it to cost the team of it’s efficiency in the coming season.
Steve Nicol stated that Jurgen Klopp must make a decision between signing a great player and keeping the team strong to win titles as he stressed that there is no point touching what is not broken.
