Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane still desires to have his countryman Paul Pogba under his watch at Santiago Bernabeu before he put an end to his second spell with the club.
The French midfield was said to have been courted by the manager during the previous international break as they were reportedly seen together in a one-on-one discussion.
Though it is very unlikely to see United release the Frenchman in January, report has it that Zidane is set to offer a player-plus-cash deal to the Red Devils.
According to Spanish publication El Desmarque, Zidane is willing to offer James Rodriguez as a makeshift for Paul Pogba’s signature.
