Manchester United have made the signing of a playmaker their top priority in the transfer window this year and they might have unknowingly found the man for the job though they might need to sacrifice someone like Paul Pogba who’s their star player but has divided opinions on his commitment to the club in the past months.
Paul Pogba is still attracting serious interest from both Juventus and Real Madrid according to The Sun with the two clubs willing to offer players plus cash in exchange for the Frenchman.
Juventus midfielder Adrien Rabiot was signed at the start of the season on a free transfer at the end of his PSG contract last summer but he has not been in good form though it must be said that manager Maurizio Sarri has given him just six league starts.

Rabiot has been discussed as the man to be sacrificed by Juventus in a swap deal to get Pogba.
For Real Madrid, the likes of Luka Modric, Toni Kroos, Gareth Bale and Isco have been mentioned as options for a swap deal to sign Pogba and Manchester United would be better served to go for a younger playmaker like Isco if the need arises.
The Spaniard is rated €60m (£50.8m) at the moment.
