Erling Haaland has revealed the reason behind his decision to snub Manchester United for Borussia Dortmund in the Bundesliga.
The young Norwegian international opted for Dortmund ahead of the other clubs who tried to sign him including the Red Devils.
Juventus FC of Italy and German Bundesliga table toppers RB Leipzig were also in the race to sign Erling Haaland before his transfer from Red Bull Salzburg to Borussia Dortmund was confirmed.
Erling Haaland spoke to Borussia Dortmund TV about his move to the club as he disclosed that the German outfit wanted him more.
Earlier reports had said that Manchester United became lukewarm over a deal for the young striker after his agent asked for a percentage of the future transfer fee.

Erling Haaland became a force on the European football scene after he scored a hattrick on his Champions League debut.
He scored three goals during the Group E game with Belgian side Genk in the competition earlier this season.
Erling Haaland scored eight goals in four starts in the Champions League for Red Bull Salzburg before his transfer for Borussia Dortmund in the German Bundesliga for a fee of around £17m.
He’ll continue his Champions League campaign with Borussia Dortmund.
