According to Bleacher Report, Frank Lampard has a transfer warchest of £180m at his disposal.
It was further revealed that Chelsea want to boost their attack in the middle of this season with the likes of Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho, Lyon striker Moussa Dembele and RB Leipzig forward Timo Werner linked with the Stamford Bridge club.
