Agent Of Man Utd Target Flies To England, €100m Midfielder’s Sale On Card

The representatives of Manchester United midfield target Gedson Fernandes are in England to weigh up the options of their client according to Sky Sports News.
It was revealed that the Red Devils have the young Benfica midfielder as one of their midfield targets with a deal possible during this winter transfer window.
He has a release clause of €100m (£85m) in his Benfica contract but the Portuguese champions are willing to let him leave the club permanently for €40m (£34m).
Gedson Fernandes has fallen out of favour at Benfica and with Benfica manager, Bruno Lage. He has been left out of the Benfica team in each of the last seven games.

Gedson Fernandes came through the ranks at Benfica before making his debut for the first team.
He was part of the Benfica team that won the Portuguese Super League title last season.
The Portuguese international has made two appearances for his country since making his debut in September 2018.
Apart from Gedson Fernandes, Manchester United have also been confirmed as possible suitors for players like James Maddison of Leicester City and West Ham United star Declan Rice.
The Red Devils are yet to replace former midfielders Ander Herrera and Marouane Fellaini in the team.
