Europa League holders Chelsea are ready to splash the cash on highly rated CSKA Moscow striker Fyodor Chalov according to the latest reports in the media in the United Kingdom.
It was revealed that the 21-year-old Russian international star is one of the strong transfer targets on the Chelsea shortlist and that the Blues will make a £20m bid for him via the specific report from the Daily Express.
