Arsenal are battling to hang on to club skipper Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang who has already rejected an offer of a new contract.
The Gunners have offered the Gabonese international star a new lucrative contract but the player is in doubt about the direction of the club who’s languishing in midtable at the moment.
Arsenal are in 12th position surprisingly this season after 20 league games and they are just six points above the relegation zone and a whopping 11 points off the top four places.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang was previously the record signing at Arsenal before the transfer for Nicholas Pepe from French Ligue 1 club Lille this summer.
