The Achilles heel for Arsenal is their defence and it was evident for all to see during the London Derby clash with Chelsea and that could prompt Mikel Arteta to sign a quality defender in the January transfer window.
Arsenal would have won the Chelsea game at the weekend with a solid defence after the Gunners conceded two goals in the last ten minutes for a 2-1 defeat having led for around 70 minutes.
The likes of Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly and RB Leipzig centre back Dayot Upamecano have been linked with Arsenal.
