Manchester United legend Paul Scholes was obviously too excited after he waxed lyrical about the front three shortly after their performance against Burnley in the Premier League on Saturday night.

Paul Scholes is a former Manchester United midfielder and he was in the BT Sports studio to analyse the game which ended in a 2-0 win for his former club.

According to him, the front three of Marcus Rashford, Anthony Martial and Daniel James excite him before adding that they are as good as the best attacking trio in European football.

Paul Scholes said that the three Manchester United attackers are as good as the likes of Mohamed Salah, Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane at Liverpool or the likes of Mauro Icardi, Neymar and Kylian Mbappe at Paris Saint Germain (PSG).

Anthony Martial gave Manchester United a first half lead to set his team on the way to a very good win.

Marcus Rashford rounded off the scoring with virtually the last kick of the game as the Red Devils made it four wins from their last six games in the Premier League.

The trio of Marcus Rashford, Anthony Martial and Daniel James have scored 20 goals in the Premier League this season.
