No.1 Chelsea Target For Upcoming January Window Revealed

Chelsea are in a position where they can sign players in the transfer window after the verdict delivered by the Court of Arbitration for Sports (CAS) on Friday on the transfer ban imposed on them by FIFA.
The football body had slammed a transfer ban for two windows on Chelsea after the club was found culpable in the signing of players under the age of 18.
The transfer ban was reduced to just one window as served in the summer thus leaving Chelsea to sign new players as from next month when the transfer window reopens.

With this in mind, Chelsea have made Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho their top transfer target for the upcoming January transfer window.
It was revealed that manager Frank Lampard has around £150m to spend on transfers in January but he’s not ready to spend the majority of that transfer fee on Jadon Sancho alone with Borussia Dortmund expected to demand at least £100m for their prices asset.
According to the report from the Daily Express, Lampard is reluctant to spend £100m on Jadon Sancho who scored two goals in the last game for Borussia Dortmund at the weekend.
He hit a brace during the 5-0 win at home to Fortuna Dusseldorf in the league.
