Liverpool Ahead Of Man Utd In Race To Sign £100m-rated Winger

Liverpool have leapfrogged arch-rivals Manchester United in the race to sign Borussia Dortmund Winger Jadon Sancho according to the latest reports coming out of the British media.
Manchester United were thought to be the favorites for his signature, but the Red Devils have been replaced by reigning European champions Liverpool.
This is according to footballer turned journalist Jan Aage Fjortoft who said that the Reds are in pole position to sign England international Jadon Sancho in the New Year.
According to the former Norwegian international, Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is a big admirer of Jadon Sancho and he’s in a good position to finally get his man.
In the past, Klopp has talked about how Manchester City refused to do business with Liverpool when they were interested in signing Jadon Sancho before his transfer to Borussia Dortmund in the summer of 2017.

Manchester United were favorites to sign him in the summer when Borussia Dortmund insisted that the young English winger is not for sale but they are now playing second fiddle to Liverpool in their bid to sign the £100m-rated player.
Jadon Sancho has encountered some problems at Borussia Dortmund this season from being suspended for a league game and fined £86,000 for returning late from the international break in October.
He was also subbed off after just 36 minutes of the big league game at Bayern Munich.
These problems could fast-track his return to the Premier League next year.
