The French international sustained the ankle injury during the league game at Southampton at the end of August before aggravating it during the home game with Arsenal in September.
He started all the first four league games before missing out on the next two matches.
Pogba returned for the Arsenal game and went on to aggravate the injury.
He has not been since in a Manchester United shirt since that Arsenal game.
