Nuno Espirito Santo could be Arsenal’s next manager

North London giants Arsenal have identified the man to take the club forward according to the report from the stables of the Daily Mail.

It was revealed that Arsenal want to make Wolverhampton Wanderers boss Nuno Espirito Santo their new manager when they sack Unai Emery with the Spaniard in serious danger of losing his job at the Emirates Stadium.

Nuno Espirito Santo is widely regarded as one of the best managers in the Premier League and the Portuguese tactician has done a very good job as the Wolves boss.

He masterminded their promotion to the top flight of English football at the end of the 2017/18 season.

Wolves won the English Championship title during that season and that gave them automatic promotion to the Premier League in the last campaign.

The Midlands club reached the FA Cup semifinals under his watch last season under the guidance of former Valencia manager Nuno Espirito Santo.

In addition, he also led Wolves to seventh at the end of the last Premier League campaign and that position was enough to secure a Europa League spot this season.

Nuno Espirito Santo is now the favourite to replace Unai Emery at Arsenal if the Gunners decide to sack him.
