Bale has less than three years on his Real Madrid contract and he came close to leaving the club during the summer.
He was closing in on a free transfer move to Chinese Super League (CSL) outfit Jiangsu Suning before Real Madrid president Florentino Perez called the deal off.
Long-term Manchester United target Gareth Bale would have earned £1m weekly in China which is a significant increase in his salary of £600,000 at Real Madrid.
He joined Real Madrid from Spurs in a then world-record transfer worth £85.3m some six years ago.
