Manchester United are longtime admirers of Dinamo Zagreb star Dani Olmo but all efforts to lure him to the Theatre of Dreams were fruitless during José Mourinho’s reign at the club.
However, the wait could be over this January as Zagreb manager Nenad Bjelica revealed that the player is in the final phase of his stay in the Croatian League.
According to him, Olmo is a great player on and off the pitch and he is ready for a new challenge in the nearest future.
He believes the player will perform brilliantly in any club he finds himself in the nearest future — probably during the 2020-21 season.

The Croatian League giants are yet to set a price tag on the player’s services, he is valued at €30m by Transfermarkt.
Other Premier League and Spanish sides are also interested in the young attacking midfielder. Therefore, the race for his services is expected to be an intense one.
