West London giants Chelsea would be hoping to continue their recent form in the Premier League ahead of their London Derby clash home to Crystal Palace who are one of the best teams on the road this term.

The former Chelsea midfielder will have to name a substitute for Italian international Jorginho in his starting lineup with the player suspended for the game against Eagles at Stamford Bridge after accumulating five yellow cards.
French World Cup winner N’Golo Kante is likely to come in for the suspended Jorginho in the Chelsea midfield.
Chelsea midfielder Mason Mount is also likely to miss the Crystal Palace game because of injury.
