Arsenal manager Unai Emery won’t be sacked from his job despite the poor run of results.

This is according to renowned journalist David Ornstein who works for The Athletic.

He said that Unai Emery is not in immediate danger of losing his job as the Arsenal manager on the aftermath of the 2-2 draw at home to Crystal Palace in the London Derby Premier League clash.

Arsenal lost a two-goal lead against the Eagles as both teams shared a four-goal thriller meaning that Unai Emery has recorded just one point from the last two league games as the Gunners boss.

Unai Emery and his Arsenal players had earlier lost 1-0 to Sheffield United in their penultimate Premier League game on Monday night.

French striker Lys Moussett scored the only goal of the game as Sheffield United picked up their third win of the season.

After the league game with the Blades, the Gunners also struggled to overcome Portuguese top flight side Vitoria Guimares in the Europa League.

Arsenal were trailing 2-1 at home to their Portuguese opponents before second half substitute Nicolas Pepe produced two freekicks in the last ten minutes to secure a 3-2 victory for the Gunners who maintained their perfect start to the Europa League group stage as a result of the win.
