You can’t make a list of top five managers in the world without including former Manchester United manager José Mourinho and Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola due to their impressive managerial records.
Both managers came up against each other during their days in the Spanish La Liga before they later crossed paths in the English Premier League.
Picking the best manager from these two tacticians has always been a problem for many pundits, just as it is difficult to decide who is the best player between Ronaldo and Lionel Messi.
However, Former Manchester United striker Zlatan Ibramovich has revealed the reason why he will always pick the Portuguese over his Spanish counterpart.

The striker — who worked with the two managers — told reporters that Mourinho knows how to control the players under his watch and the manager remains a special one and a winner.
He said the former Chelsea manager seamlessly creates a peaceful atmosphere for his players and he had a positive impact on his successful career, unlike Guardiola who treated him (Ibramovich) badly during their time at Camp Nou.
“He had an incredible impact on my career, He is still ‘the Special One’, a winner. I hope he will be back on a bench soon and I am sure he will start winning immediately.” he said.
Speaking of Guardiola, Ibramovich said: “We never had a direct confrontation because of him. When we faced each other, he hid.
“He [Guardiola] waited for me to leave and then left the dressing room. As a coach, he is a phenomenon, but as a man…” he concluded.
