Manchester United Fans will remember Javier Hernández as one of the players who played with the whole of his heart for the club.

The Mexican wasn’t just a top finisher who scored 59 goals, he was equally a great team-player who loved to create clear-cut chances for his fellow teammates during his time with the team.

Since his departure from the Theatre of Dreams, United are yet to find a Mexican who is worthy of playing for the club.

However, that is yet to change as reports are linking the Red Devils with a January move for Club America and Mexico international midfielder Sebastian Cordova.

Portuguese outlet A Bola revealed that United’s scouts are keeping close tabs on the America-based star with the hope of launching a bid for his services in the next transfer window.

The Portuguese publication further claimed that other European sides, including Sevilla and Benfica, are monitoring the 22-year-old midfielder.

Cordova made his debut for his country during last week’s 2-0 victory over Trinidad and Tobago in which he registered an assist.

Though Cordova is relatively an unknown name in the world, United scouts are happy with what they have seen from the young man and they want him at Old Trafford as soon as possible.
