Chilean international Alexis Sanchez had an eventful full debut for Inter Milan during their Italian Serie A clash with bottom club Sampdoria.
The basement club hosted the league leaders in what was a week seven clash and it was Alexis Sanchez who stole the headlines.
Alexis Sanchez was making his first start for Inter Milan following his loan transfer to the Italian Serie A giants from Premier League outfit Manchester United.
He joined the Nerazzuri before the European transfer window ended at the start of this month.
Alexis Sanchez scored to put Inter Milan 2-0 up at bottom club Sampdoria after the impressive Stefano Sensi had given the visitors a 20th-minute lead.
The Chilean forward scored two minutes after the opening goal from the aforementioned Sensi.
He went on to collect his first yellow card with two first-half minutes left to play.
Alexis Sanchez received his marching orders one minute into the second half after he received his second yellow card.
His dismissal didn’t affect Inter Milan too much though they were given a scare when Czech Republic international Jakub Jankto pulled one back but Roberto Gagliardini scored to wrap up the result for Inter Milan who have now won all their six league games this season.
