Chelsea manager Frank Lampard has provided an injury update on his players ahead of the Premier League encounter at home to Brighton and Hove Albion.
Lampard and his players will face Brighton at Stamford Bridge on Saturday afternoon.
Ahead of the game, Chelsea boss Frank Lampard told reporters that defender Antonio Rudiger will miss the Brighton game with a groin problem.
German international Antonio Rudiger is the first choice centre back at Chelsea and he has had a torrid start to the new season because of injury.

On Olivier Giroud, Frank Lampard said that the French striker is a doubt for the Brighton game as he’s struggling to recover from illness.
Chelsea centre back Andreas Christensen has returned to training after injury and he’s in contention to feature against Brighton later this weekend.
Frank Lampard also talked about Christian Pulisic who has not played much football for Chelsea since joining the club in the summer.
According to his manager, Pulisic needs to adapt to the Premier League though Lampard was quick to point out that he has shown a glimpse of his brilliance during preseason and the season proper.
Frank Lampard went on to rule out the duo of left-back Emerson Palmieri and midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek for the Brighton game.
