Jose Mourinho worked with David De Gea at Manchester United while he was the manager for over two years.
The former Inter Milan and FC Porto manager was appointed in the summer of 2016 and he enjoyed some sort of success before everything went downhill.
Mourinho led Manchester United to a poor start to the season in his third campaign as the Red Devils manager and that ultimately led to his dismissal.
