Spanish La Liga giants Barcelona have ended negotiations with French champions Paris Saint Germain (PSG) over the signing of star player Neymar according to the report from popular media channel ESPN.
Barcelona have been linked with a move for former player Neymar for the majority of this summer.
The Spanish champions were encouraged by Neymar who is pushing for an exit from PSG.
Leonardo is the sporting director at PSG and the Brazilian administrator revealed that Barcelona can still sign Neymar before the end of the transfer market.

He spoke with reporters about Neymar and Barcelona shortly after the league win over newly-promoted French club Metz on Friday night.
PSG defeated Metz 2-0 courtesy the goals from Angel Di Maria (penalty) and Eric Choupo-Moting.
Barcelona have just one day to secure a return for Neymar and the Spanish champions have serious doubts over a deal for the Brazilian national team player.
Neymar was a Barcelona player for four years before joining PSG in a record deal in the summer of 2017.
The 27-year-old scored 105 goals for Barcelona during his four-year stay at the Nou Camp.
Neymar also won the 2015 Champions League finals and two Spanish La Liga titles during that period.
