Arsenal manager Unai Emery has hinted that he could start the front trio of Alexandre Lacazette, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Nicholas Pepe during the upcoming North London Derby clash with Tottenham Hotspur billed for the Emirates Stadium this weekend.

The two North London clubs meet at the Emirates Stadium for the first league game of the season.

In his pre-match press conference ahead of the Spurs game, Unai Emery talked about his deadly front trio and the possibility of then starting together for the first time this season.

According to him, Alexandre Lacazette has recovered fully from the ankle injury that disturbed him earlier this month and he could make his second league start of the season against Tottenham Hotspur.

Record signing Nicholas Pepe started his first game of the season during the 3-1 league defeat to Liverpool last weekend.

Unai Emery hinted that the £72m signing from French giants Lille could make his second successive league start against Spurs.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has started all the three league games this season and that run is expected to continue when Arsenal face their city rivals at home on Sunday evening.

Arsenal would be hoping to bounce back from their last defeat to Liverpool when they face Tottenham this weekend.
