Chelsea manager Frank Lampard has confirmed that three key players will miss the Premier League game with Sheffield United on Saturday.
Lampard and Chelsea host the newly promoted team at Stamford Bridge hoping to make it two wins on the bounce in the Premier League.
During his pre-match presser for the Sheffield United game, Frank Lampard revealed that the trio of Pedro Rodriguez, N’Golo Kante and Antonio Rudiger will miss the match.
Pedro Rodriguez suffered an injury during the warm-up for the last league game, a 3-2 away win over Norwich City, and he will miss the game with Sheffield United.

Lampard is hopeful that Pedro Rodriguez will return to the Chelsea squad after the international break next month.
For French World Cup winner N’Golo Kante, he has battled with a worrisome ankle injury.
Kante has not been able to shake it off since the start of the season.
Frank Lampard also confirmed that Antonio Rudiger will play for the Chelsea reserves on Friday night as he works his way back to full fitness from a serious knee injury sustained last season.
Lampard and Chelsea can secure a second straight win in the Premier League if they manage to overcome the challenge of Sheffield United.
