Manchester United attacker Alexis Sanchez is closing in on a loan move to Italian Serie A giants Inter Milan with an official announcement expected in a matter of hours.
The Chilean international has touched down in Milan for his medical ahead of the loan transfer.
According to Spanish news outlet Sport, Manchester United will pay part of his wages at Inter Milan ahead of the 10-month loan deal.
The loan transfer is not accompanied by the option of a permanent transfer.
Manchester United will pay £6m from his wages, while Inter Milan have the responsibility of paying a bigger portion of his salary.
