Manchester United attacker Alexis Sanchez will struggle for playing time in the Premier League this season according to the publication from UK Times.

Alexis Sanchez is behind the likes of Anthony Martial, Marcus Rashford, Daniel James and Mason Greenwood in the pecking order as far as the Manchester United attack is concerned as manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer concentrates more on youth.

The Chilean international star is reportedly on his way to Italy but he’ll find it hard to play Premier League football if he ends up staying at the Theatre of Dreams.

Alexis Sanchez will definitely play football in the Carabao Cup and Europa League if he stays at the club.

The 30-year-old has enjoyed a frustrating time at Manchester United since his transfer from Premier League rivals Arsenal in January 2018.

He has scored just five goals in the colours of Manchester United.

Alexis Sanchez is the highest paid player in the Manchester United squad as he earns around £500,000 weekly including bonuses but he has not been able to live up to that financial status via his performances on the pitch.

The Chilean player has not featured for Manchester United this season and the latest reports say that he will join Italian side Inter Milan on loan till next summer.
