New Everton recruit Alex Iwobi has revealed that he would go back to Arsenal at some point after completing a deadline day move to Merseyside.
In a short video posted on the official Twitter handle of Arsenal, Alex Iwobi thanked the players and the fans before adding that he will return to the club at some point.
Alex Iwobi is now an Everton player after he joined the Toffees in a £40m deal last week Thursday.
The Nigerian international spent 15 years at Arsenal before the move to Everton.
Alex Iwobi came through the ranks at Arsenal before he made his debut for the first team in October 2015.

He scored 15 goals for Arsenal during his time with the first team till the end of last season.
His last appearance for Arsenal came in the Europa League at the end of the last campaign.
Iwobi came off the bench to score the consolation goal for the Gunners as they were beaten 4-1 by London rivals Chelsea.
His Arsenal exit was facilitated by the record signing of Nicolas Pepe from French Ligue 1 club Lille.
Arsenal agreed on a deal of around €80m for Pepe who joined the North London club after spending two years at Lille.
