Liverpool defender Dejan Lovren is reportedly closing in on a move to Italian Serie A giants AS Roma.
This is according to the publication from popular Italian transfer news outlet Calciomercato which revealed that Liverpool are willing to let Dejan Lovren leave the club this summer.
The Premier League transfer window has ended but the European transfer market is still on till the start of next month.
AS Roma will pay around £23m including add-ons for Dejan Lovren according to the aforementioned publication.
Croatian international Lovren is the fourth choice centre-back at Liverpool at the moment behind the trio of Virgil Van Dijk, Joe Gomez and Joel Matip.

He made just 18 appearances for Liverpool last season as the Reds won the Champions League title and also came close to winning the Premier League.
Dejan Lovren was an unused substitute as Liverpool beat fellow Premier League club Tottenham Hotspur to the Champions League title.
Liverpool beat Spurs 2-0 in their final clash to win a sixth European title thus becoming the third most successful team in the history of the competition behind Real Madrid (13 titles) and AC Milan (7 titles).
He has made 170 appearances for Liverpool in all competitions since his transfer from Southampton.
