Neymar Not Missed As PSG Thrashed Nimes

Paris Saint Germain (PSG) attacker Neymar was a notable absentee as the French Ligue 1 champions got their league campaign to a winning start at home to Nimes.
PSG fans made their presence felt during the game as they made their feelings known towards Neymar.

Since joining PSG from Barcelona in the summer of 2017, the former Santos attacker has scored an impressive 51 goals in 58 appearances.
Without him in the PSG squad for their opening league game against Nimes at home, the reigning French champions had too much quality for their opponents.

The French champions thrashed Nimes 3-0 courtesy goals from Edinson Cavani (penalty which was awarded via VAR, Kylian Mbappe as well as a second-half strike from substitute Angel Di Maria.
