The PSG player left Barcelona in a controversial manner in 2017 after becoming frustrated with the dominance of Lionel Messi at the Nou Camp.
Barcelona received €222m (£200m) for his transfer when he left them to join PSG two years ago.
Long-term Manchester United target Neymar scored 105 goals in 186 appearances for Barcelona where he won two league titles as well as the 2015 Champions League title which was made possible by the 3-1 win over Italian Serie A champions Juventus.
