Real Madrid forward Eden Hazard has sent an encouraging message to Belgian national team colleague Romelu Lukaku following his move from Manchester United to Italian Serie A giants Inter Milan last week.

Hazard talked about Lukaku in his latest interview as monitored by Italian media outlet Corriere della Serra.

According to him, Romelu Lukaku has the quality to thrive in the Italian Serie A following his move from the Premier League.

The ex-Chelsea talisman further paid tribute to his national team colleague as he said that the 26-year-old striker makes the team better whenever he is present.

Eden Hazard also moved to a new club this summer just like his friend Lukaku.

The former Lille star left Chelsea to join Spanish La Liga giants Real Madrid in a deal reported to be around €100m plus add-ons.

He spent seven years at Chelsea before moving to Real Madrid this summer.

On his part, Romelu Lukaku left Manchester United to join Inter Milan in a deal worth £73.9m including £9.2m in add-ons.

He has signed a five-year deal until the end of the 2023/24 season.

Romelu Lukaku spent two seasons at Manchester United and it produced 42 goals for the Red Devils in all competitions
