Former Liverpool defender Jamie Carragher has sounded a note of warning to new Chelsea manager and former England teammate Frank Lampard ahead of his managerial bow in the Premier League.
Frank Lampard takes charge of his first Premier League game when his Chelsea team battle hosts and top four rivals Manchester United in a Premier League outing on Sunday evening.
Ahead of the game, Jamie Carragher had one or two things to say about the heavyweight clash.
He spoke via his column in the Daily Telegraph.

According to him, Frank Lampard risks his legendary status at Chelsea by taking the managerial job at the club and that he could rue that decision in future.
He went on to say that Chelsea must be patient with Frank Lampard.
According to Jamie Carragher, Frank Lampard must be given enough time to transmit his ideas into his players.
Chelsea legend Lampard attained that status at the club after he emerged as their all-time topscorer with 211 goals during his 13-year stay with the West Londoners.
He impressed a great deal in his first managerial job at Derby County and it played a big role for the Blues who settled for a blast from the past.
